I do 1:1 home visits if you are in or around Worthing, West Sussex. The sessions are run over a 5 week period of 1 hour sessions weekly. Once payment is received we can book in your weekly sessions. A free hard copy booklet is included.

On-line 1:1 Sessions

£80

I do 1:1 live on-line sessions. The sessions are run over a 5 week period of 1 hour sessions weekly. Once payment is received we can book in your weekly sessions and your e-booklet will be available.

On-line Group Sessions

£40

I do live on-line group sessions with a maximum group of 5. The sessions are run over a 5 week period of 1 hour sessions weekly. Once payment is received we can book in your weekly sessions and your e-booklet will be available.

Pre-recorded Sessions

£50

I have a pre-recorded 5 week course for you to follow in your own time. This course comes with an e-booklet.
